Current methodologies for drugs of abuse urine testing
This white paper examines a number of aspects of sample preparation, and their impact on the success of subsequent LC-MS-MS analysis of broad urine panels.

How to evaluate Biotage Sfär flash chromatography columns
This brochure shows the procedures Biotage uses to evaluate columns. You will find results of tests they have conducted preceded by a detailed procedure, to see why you should be using Biotage Sfär flash columns.

Biotage Selekt flash purification system
This brochure goes through the five reasons why choose the Biotage Selekt flash purification system: inspired productivity, the greenest columns, unbelievably easy to use, finer control, amazing reliability.

Biotage work-up products
Biotage offers a range of products for reaction mixture work-up and preparation of organic extracts. The solutions include a range of techniques and also address throughput requirements from filtration, catch and release, and scavenging cartridges in organic synthesis workflows.

Small molecules automated extraction from human breast milk using the Extrahera and the Evolute Express CX prior to LC-MS-MS analysis
Biotage developed an extraction protocol for 12 common drugs of abuse (DOA) to be detected in breast milk using mixed-mode polymeric cation exchange solid phase extraction (SPE). The Evolute Express CX extraction allowed for highly-sensitive detection of analytes. Extrahera, a bench top automated extraction system, provided minimal sample intervention and high throughput for the analysis of these DOA.

Determination of optimal sample size with microelution without dry down using SPE for a drugs of abuse panel
In this note, an extraction protocol using a 10 mg mixed-mode cation exchange sorbent (Evolute Express CX) was developed and various sample sizes were assessed to determine the optimal sample volume for a 98-compound DOA panel. A method involving microelution off of the sorbent requiring no evaporation or reconstitution steps were also developed.

Evolution of sample preparation: workflow simplification utilizing sample hold-up technology in forensic and clinical analyses
This note evaluates simplified sample preparation workflows using optimized sample hold-up technology allowing chemistry in-situ. Reduced labour, extraction complexity, processing time, solvent usage and resultant instrument contamination and downtime can offset upfront costs associated with sample preparation.

Evaluation of simplified workflow for drugs of abuse extraction from nail samples prior to LC-MS-MS analysis
This application demonstrates workflow advantages for fingernail analysis; multi-sample homogenization, extraction and analysis for a range of drugs of abuse.

Biotage TurboVap options after Dionex ASE extraction
This technical note helps the user decide which TurboVap model will best fit a laboratory's application.

ASE compatible TurboVap LV
The Biotage TurboVap LV is designed to accommodate the IChem vials from the Dionex ASE 200.
