Intact and reduced mAb/ADC, mAb fragment separation on reversed phase chromatography
This application note shows separations of mAb/ADC and mAb using the Sepax Proteomix RP-1000. With its small particle size and short column, the Proteomix RP-1000 reversed-phase chromatography is shown to provide high throughput and fast analysis of mAb, ADC and other protein therapeutics with online mass spec determination capability.

Antibody drug conjugate (ADC) charge variants separation on cation exchange chromatography
This application note shows analyses first of herceptin and cysteine ADC1, then herceptin and cysteine ADC2, with clevable linkers, using the Proteomix SCX NP5.

Herceptin-lysine drug conjugate analysis Zenix-C SEC-300 vs. Tosoh TSKgel G3000SWXL
This application note shows a comparison of the Zenix-C SEC 300 and Tosoh TSKgel G3000SWXL in the analysis of a herceptin-lysine drug conjugate.

Antibody drug conjugate analysis on Zenix-C SEC-300 (7830)
This application note shows an antibody drug conjugate analysis on Sepax Zenix-C SEC-300 using four different buffers.

Postnova EAF2000 electrical asymmetrical flow FFF system
The Postnova EAF2000 system is based on the AF2000 asymmetrical flow FFF module, with an additional Electrical FFF module, a special EAF4 channel and a software module. The EAF2000 is ideal for many applications in the domains of biopharm, environment and nanomaterials.

Measurement of length and thickness of cellulose nanocrystals using Asymmetrical Flow FFF and Multi Angle Light Scattering
In this study a CNC sample isolated from softwood sulfite pulp was analyzed by AF4-MALS to measure the length and thickness of the crystals as a function of size.

Miniaturized asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation for the fast separation of nanoparticle mixtures
This application note demonstrates how miniaturized asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation (mAF4) is a powerful complement to AF4 performed with a conventional analytical cartridge. Its low operational costs along with its fast analysis times and low sample consumption renders mAF4 a valuable tool for fast screening analyses and studies, when fully optimized peak resolution is not required.

Flow FFF principle
Flow FFF allows for stable flows/pressures at any time during injection, focussing, elution, and also many other dinstinctive advantages.

Asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation coupled with ICP-MS for multi element analysis of plasma proteins
This work demonstrates that FFF-ICP-MS is a promising tool for the non-denaturing and element-selective detection of proteins such as human albumin and transferrin, which are involved in many health studies. This is particularly attractive for applications in which the two plasma proteins act as binders of the same element (e.g. vanadium in diabetes studies).

Characterization of rubber polymers by flow FFF
The FFF-Platform using different FFF variants in combination with appropriate detectors, such as DLS or MALS is a highly valuable tool for accurate analysis and reliable results. This poster demonstrates that FFF-DLS online-coupling is a powerful tool for analysis of mixed latex nanoparticles as traditional batch DLS measurements suffer from a „size-averaging“ effect generating missleading data!
